London Stansted – Passenger facilities

Our passenger lounge facilities at Stansted have long been regarded as among the best in the business. Our large VIP lounge with its striking furniture is very flexible and can be re-arranged to enable a wide range of different uses. Product launches, receptions and lunches have all been held in the room for different customers over the years. But whether in use by one or one hundred people the lounge retains an ambience of quality.

For total privacy a separate and self-contained VVIP lounge with television, refreshments and washroom facilities is available for individuals or small travelling parties.

Complimentary hot drinks and a selection of soft beverages are available for customer consumption in both of the Stansted lounges and with free internet connectivity via our wireless network, you should have everything you need. However, for the passenger wanting one last shopping fix before departure a small selection of Harrods merchandise is available for sale and on display in the lounges.
